As an Associate in Ryley Carlock’s Transactional group, Amy primarily serves corporate clients and financial institutions. She assists with a range of matters including real estate lending loan transactions, contract drafting, entity formation and governance, intellectual property, and other corporate transactions. She also handles advertising law, FDA law, estate planning and environmental law matters for clients.
Amy actively assists with the firm’s Summer Associate Program. She clerked at the firm for two summers before joining as an Associate and was exposed to a wide variety of practice areas including litigation.
Amy received her JD from Notre Dame Law School where she served as President of the Student Bar Association. She received her B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona with honors, where she served as President of Kappa Alpha Theta. Prior to attending law school, Amy was the Legislative Affairs Associate at the Arizona State Governor’s Office.
As a fourth generation Arizonan, Amy is dedicated to giving back to her community and helping local businesses thrive. She enjoys doing pro bono work such as setting up non-profits and supports various philanthropic efforts through membership in organizations including the Daughters of the American Revolution and Phoenix Philanthropists. She is the Firm Liaison for the Volunteer Lawyers Program and is a Mentor and Coach with Ambassadors of Compassion. Amy also serves on the Notre Dame Club of Phoenix Board, which raises money for student scholarships, supports several charitable organizations and sponsors continuing education seminars.
